Maylee has been begging to go skiing since we got our first few flakes and didn't understand the ski hills were not open. Then, Kaleah was born and we got busy with the new baby and preparing for Christmas. Finally, it worked out to go and Maylee was so excited when we told her we were taking her skiing! For our first trip, we got to the mountain around lunch time so we skied one run, ate food, and did one more before Maylee was tired. On the run called Hoot Owl, Maylee only fell one time!
Kaleah is riding with me in a baby wrap inside my coat. All you can see is her head. I think she liked it because she slept through both runs and the break in the lodge.
A break in the lodge for lunch and of course hot cocoa...
